It’s taken many years but the ‘Love & Loud Colours’ Book / cd is now down to the very last copies. Beyond the 6 available here are the 25 or so we have in the Tear Garden tour bus. Tonight we head to Salt Lake City and a show at Urban Lounge…

Today sees the beginning of an attempt to resurrect the nuggets from deepest history as so much of the early catalogue is unavailable in physical format. First titles set to re-emerge on CD are ‘Brighter Now’ and ‘Faces in the Fire’ ( both expanded) and, from the Edward Ka-Spel solo catalogue, ’Red Letters ‘ and ‘Khataclimici China Doll’.  Discs will be manufactured while covers will be lovingly homemade, mostly remaining faithful to the original artwork (‘Laugh China Doll’ will be the exception here as the cover was an image ripped from a library book by the label owner without the artist’s approval. It really deserved better treatment). Still more to come! The new CDs will be available later in October when I’m back from the Tear Garden tour. –EK

Out of print for around 20 years on CD, it felt like the perfect moment to revive this small monument ( with 2 bonus tracks too!) . Artwork is faithful to the original release and initial run will be just 99 copies. If the demand is there then a small re-press will be arranged. Do note that the discs will be available towards the end of October after the imminent Tear Garden tour.

Faces in the Fire 2026

Professionally manufactured discs with a cover faithful to Stephan’s original artwork. This release is the first in a series of resurrections for long out-of-print recordings.First edition is 99 copies only but if the interest is sufficient, it will be re-pressed.We expect to have copies ready for dispatch late in October! After many requests, a physical edition of this release is available once more as a handmade 2xCD-R . It will materialise at the end of October after the Tear Garden tour.  Find it HERE.

Although The Legendary Pink Dots have a borderline unmanageable discography, the fact remains that many key releases have been physically out-of-print for decades. We’re aiming to gradually put things right with a steady programme of reissues ( some expanded!) on Cd mostly with original artwork. The covers themselves will be lovingly handmade. The first titles will be announced on Friday and we hope to have them in circulation late in October ( after the Tear Garden tour).
