I would have wished for a less traumatic birth for the two latest Pink Dotted reissues, but hopefully they will prompt a smile or two at this deeply troubled time. After being briefly available as a limited 2xCDR, “Kleine Krieg” is now being properly pressed as a double CD by the excellent Klanggalerie label in Austria. Featuring some of the Dots’ earliest creations, It has been painstakingly remastered and repackaged for this edition.
Likewise, Klanggalerie have also given the Edward Ka-Spel solo collection, “An Abandoned Laboratory Volume 3” a dedicated release on cd with a new cover and a bonus track.
Both are offered in the “merch” section at our mail- order site at www.legendarypinkdots1.bandcamp.com and we hope to send orders at the end of April (if the Global crisis has eased down).
The pair are also available directly from Klanggalerie – for “Kleine Krieg”, go to:http://klanggalerie.com/gg321 ;
for “Abandoned Laboratory”: http://klanggalerie.com/gg320
The label is also offering a discount when the 2 releases are purchased together (http://klanggalerie.com/gg320-1).
It feels a little strange to promote our wares at this moment, but it makes complete sense to shout this message to a wounded planet….BE WELL, WE WILL BEAT THIS THING. Love and light……..
