It’s Bandcamp Friday and we’re happy to announce a physical manifestation of “The Singles (Remastered) by Edward Ka-Spel. A whole new master was created at the end of 2020 with massively improved sound quality and lots of additional material. It’s been available as a download-only edition at : edwardka-spel.bandcamp.com for some time but now it’s a handmade and signed double CDR edition too which is available from both LPD / EK Bandcamp sites. Limited edition of 99.

2022 has been a rough ride so far and it’s sobering to see we’ve merely crawled to the 4th of February as I type this missive. Sadly we have had to postpone our European Tour (due to begin in March) for 11 months because of the sheer logistical impossibility of crossing land borders in the current scenario (more to come on this in the coming days).  Even so, the white flag remains folded up in the drawer for now and we fully intend to return to the U.S in The Fall (in fact we have a provisional list of dates which includes Florida!!! And Asheville!!! Fingers crossed….)

Meanwhile a big ‘thank you’ to Bandcamp for their continuing support of smaller bands at a time of crisis. Today sees the return of ‘Bandcamp Friday’ when the platform waives its commission and passes all revenue on to the artists. It’s a quieter occasion for the Dots than usual this time, but those nostalgic for times long gone will surely enjoy this:
